Surge is a non-custodial Bitcoin-backed credit application.

Users retain full control over their wallets and private keys. Surge does not store or have access to user private keys or on-chain assets.

If you have used email-based login (OTP) in the app, you may request deletion of your associated account data.

How to request deletion:

1. Send an email to: support@surge.credit

2. Use the same email address you used to access the app

3. Include the subject: "Account Deletion Request"

We will process your request within 7 days.

What data will be deleted:

• Email address used for authentication

• Any associated off-chain account metadata (if applicable)

What cannot be deleted:

• Blockchain transactions and on-chain data, as these are immutable and not controlled by Surge
